Ahead of the 2023 edition of the WAEC Distinction Awards slated for June 13, 2024, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the list of winners of the prestigious award since its inception in 2006 to date.

About WAEC Distinction Awards

The Distinction Awards ceremony for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination for School is an initiative of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) Endowment Fund (WEF). It is held annually to reward top performers in previous years WASSCE.

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) Endowment Fund (WEF) provides funds for awards to candidates with outstanding performance in the Council’s examinations at Senior High School (SHS) candidates.
