GES releases form to address 2021/2022 promotions, salary issues
Following complaints about promotion and salary, the management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has released a form for 2021/2022 candidates experiencing challenges with their promotions and salary adjustments.
In a social media post sighted by Thisterm.com, the Ghana Education Service (GES) said the Google form when filled out will allow its HR division to address and resolve any issues regarding promotions and salary adjustments.
“Attention to all 2021/2022 candidates who are experiencing challenges with their promotions and salary adjustments: please take a moment to fill out the Google form provided. This will allow our HR division to address and resolve any issues promptly,” it said.
The Director-General of Ghana Education Service (GES), Dr Eric Nkansah on his part has urged all teachers who got promoted last year but are yet to be put on scale to click on the link and provide the required information.
“Inviting all teachers who got promoted last year but are yet to be put on scale to kindly click on the link and provide the required information. Please do this by the close of the day on Monday 3rd June 2024,” he said in a Facebook post.
How to fill 2021/22 GES promotion form
1. Enter your name
2. Enter your Staff ID
3. Select status (Teaching or non-teaching)
4. Enter your School/Station
5. Enter your District
6. Enter your Region
7. Enter your current grade
8. Enter the Grade you applied for
9. Enter your Index number
10. Have been put on scale (Yes/No)
11. Promotion letter received (Yes/No)
12. Enter any other issue you would want to report.
13. Click submit to forward the details to the Ghana Education Service
